About the Role
Barakah Tech is looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn ideas into user-centered designs that are both functional and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design UI elements such as menus, buttons, icons, and navigation components
• Identify usability issues and improve designs based on user feedback
• Maintain consistency in design standards, colors, typography, and branding
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in agile environments is a plus

Salary & Benefits

• BDT 25,000 – 35,000 (based on experience)
• Yearly salary review
• 2 festival bonuses
• 6-month probation period

Work Schedule

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6 working days per week
