Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and authorized online gateways.
Late Payment Policy:
A late fee may apply for overdue payments.
Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Refunds:
We offer partial or full refunds at our discretion based on project stage and deliverables completed.
No refunds will be issued for completed or custom digital services unless stated in the agreement.
A written scope of work will define responsibilities, revisions allowed, and delivery milestones.
Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Provide clear and timely feedback.
Supply required assets (logos, content, access credentials) promptly.
Communicate via agreed channels (email, project management tools, etc.).
Barakah Tech retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless the client objects in writing.
All third-party assets used will be properly licensed or credited.
Treated as confidential.
Not disclosed to third parties without permission.
Stored securely in compliance with applicable data laws.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of profits, business, or data;
Downtime, bugs, or third-party software errors;
Delay in project delivery due to client-side delays or unforeseen events (illness, technical failure, etc.).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barakah Tech, its directors, staff, and partners from any claim, damage, or loss resulting from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
Their availability, accuracy, or security;
Loss or damage resulting from the use of third-party integrations.
Use of any such third-party services is at your own risk.
Barakah Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:
You breach these Terms or any contractual agreement;
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior;
Payment is not received on time.
Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled.
